Fraser Imagineers was imagined in 2016 and is headquartered in Katy, Texas.
Kathleen is a Registered Nurse, a Certified Case Manager, a Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse and Board Certified in Case Management with the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She holds a Masters’ Degree in Nursing as well as a Masters’ Degree in Health Care Administration and most recently graduated from Texas A&M University School of Law with a Master’s Degree in Jurisprudence in Health Care Law, Policy & Management. Kathleen has been a nurse for 40 years beginning in the Hospital which included Emergency Room, Labor & Delivery and as a Director of Nursing. She became a Case Manager 25 years ago, creating the 1st Case Management Department, for a large National Hospital/Longterm Care System, eventually moving to Zurich North America as a Regional Manager of Workman’s Comp Case Management.
Kathleen is the Owner/CEO/President of Fraser Imagineers. She was the Case Management Society of America’s (CMSA) National Board of Director’s Executive Director. Prior to this appointment, she served in the elected positions of National President of CMSA as well as 6 years in 3 other capacities on the board as well. She serves on many national healthcare board’s and committee’s including URAC’s Board of Director’s, the Role Delineation and Expert Panel Committees for the American Nurses Association Certification Council, the steering committee of the National COPD Foundation and also the National Certification Roundtable Committee.
Kathleen is an international speaker on healthcare topics including Transitions of Care, Care Coordination, Ethics for Case Managers and the Opioid Crisis.
She has authored numerous white papers, articles and served as a contributor to several books. She is the author of the COPD Medication Adherence Guidelines and most recently was a co-author of the new Integrated Case Management Manual for Case Managers by Case Managers.
Kathleen has been honored with many awards locally within her hometown of Houston along with her former employer of 16 years Zurich Services. However most recent are as CMSA’s National Case Manager of the Year given to an individual that has influenced the profession of case management globally. She was also selected by Seak, Inc. and the National Workers’ Compensation and Occupational Medicine Conference as one of the “50 Most Influential People in Workers’ Compensation and Occupational Medicine”. Kathy was the only registered nurse on the list.
